We welcome you with a few words about us.
Our family started TAVERN “Nefeli” in 1998, with the support of our two young daughters.
Nefeli is situated in Lassi, an area with beautiful beaches and lots of sunshine.
In our green garden you can experience our excellent food and exceptional service, in a warm and friendly atmosphere, ideal for a memorable night.
We have tried to develop our menu in order to introduce you to the traditional Greek cuisine, through recipes representing the Greek culture.
Recipes from Asia Minor, the islands and the mainland, all based on the Mediterranean diet. You can enjoy traditional Roast Meat on the spit, Beef Stammas, Cooked in earthenware pot in wood oven, or the famous Lamb Kleftiko, also from our wooden oven.
Besides our main dishes, we have children's menu, homemade deserts and we also serve Full English Breakfast, Omelets, Toasts e.t.c .
Our ingredients are the purest on the market and the methods of preparation of our dishes are subject to the most stringent health control. Our organic olive oil and our house wines are produced locally.
We are open from 09:00 am to 12:00 pm (last order).
Beneath our restaurant is situated "Nefeli's jewellery shop which we opened four years ago. It includes a wide collection of gold and silver jewellery handmade by skilled Greek craftsmen.
Our Family would like to thank our customers for their preference and trust trought the years, and we are looking forward to welcoming the new visitors of Kefalonia, wishing them a lovely holiday.
